Custom software & SaaS

Custom software and SaaS development

Systems shaped around how your business really runs.

Most business software forces a business to bend around somebody else's idea of how it works. We build the opposite: systems shaped around your actual operation, designed with the people who use them every day, so the whole team can open one system in the morning and run the day from it.

Ltiora builds business management systems and SaaS products, typically on Next.js, Node.js and AWS, with foundations built for reliability. We think offline-first where connectivity cannot be assumed. Our own product, Momentum, is an operating system for multi-store retail whose point of sale keeps selling when the internet drops and syncs when it returns. That experience is what we bring to custom builds.

What it looks like in practice

  • Business management systems and SaaS products, designed with the people who use them
  • Next.js, Node.js and AWS foundations built for reliability
  • Offline-first thinking for places where connectivity is not a given
  • Systems designed around your operation, not a generic template
  • Production-grade delivery with security and cost controls
  • A foundation your team can keep building on

Imagine The one system your whole team opens in the morning, built for your exact operation instead of bent around somebody else's.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Discover

A real conversation about the problem, then a close look at how the work actually happens today. We tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working slice on your own data, not a slide deck, so you can judge it with your hands.

  3. 03

    Ship

Production-grade delivery: security, cost controls and the foundations that keep it standing.

  4. 04

    Operate

Evals, monitoring and steady improvement, so the system gets better after launch instead of decaying.

Questions people ask

What technologies do you build with?

Typically Next.js, Node.js and AWS, with Terraform-defined infrastructure. The choice follows the problem, but these foundations are what we use most and trust for reliability.

What does offline-first mean?

Offline-first software keeps working when the internet connection drops and synchronises when it returns, instead of failing. It matters wherever connectivity is unreliable, which is true for many of the places Ltiora builds.

Do you build SaaS products as well as internal tools?

Yes. Ltiora builds both business management systems for operators and SaaS products. Momentum is a SaaS product we run ourselves.

How do projects start?

With a conversation about the problem and a look at how the work happens today, then a working slice on your own data so you can judge it hands-on.
