What we do

Six ways we elevate what your business can do.

Every engagement is scoped around an outcome, not hours. Choose the one that sounds like your problem, or combine them.

AI agents & automation

Software that does the work, not just answers questions.

  • Tool-calling agents and MCP setups connected to your real systems
  • Email automation and intent understanding that route every request
  • Workflows that run themselves, with a person in the loop where it matters

Imagine An assistant that reads every incoming email, understands what the customer wants, does the routine part and hands you only the decisions.

Voice AI

Phone lines that answer, understand and act.

  • Voice agents that handle calls the way your best staff would
  • Intent understanding so callers reach the right outcome fast
  • Connected to your systems, so a call can change something real

Imagine A phone line that never closes, speaks naturally and can actually do things: check an order, book a visit, route an emergency.

Custom software & SaaS

Systems shaped around how your business really runs.

  • Business management systems and SaaS products, designed with the people who use them
  • Next.js, Node.js and AWS foundations built for reliability
  • Offline-first thinking for places where connectivity is not a given

Imagine The one system your whole team opens in the morning, built for your exact operation instead of bent around somebody else's.

Data, RAG & AI quality

AI your team can trust, because it is measured.

  • RAG pipelines that answer from your own documents and data
  • LLM judges and evals so quality is scored, not guessed
  • Token optimization so the AI bill stays predictable

Imagine Ask a question about your own business in plain language and get an answer that cites where it came from, checked before you see it.

Cloud & infrastructure

Quietly dependable foundations.

  • AWS and Azure architecture with Terraform, secure and observable
  • Pipelines and data-quality alerts that tell you before customers do
  • Cost-aware by design, so growth does not become a surprise invoice

Imagine Infrastructure nobody has to think about, until the day you need it to scale.

Technical leadership

A senior technical mind on your side.

  • Fractional CTO: architecture, build-versus-buy and AI strategy
  • A clear technical roadmap your team and board can follow
  • Engineering standards that make hiring and delivery easier

Imagine The technical judgment of a CTO in the room for the decisions that are hard to undo.

Not sure which fits? Describe the problem to our assistant or message us, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.

The possibility explorer

Pick your industry. See what could be running in it.

Concepts of what is buildable today, drawn from capabilities we already ship. Not client results, just a window onto what "impossible" usually means.

Concept 01

Invoices that check themselves

Every supplier invoice is read automatically and compared with your prices and quantities, with below-cost sales flagged before they cost you.

A phone line for the store

The blueprint

What an AI-native business actually looks like.

Four layers, each lifting the next. The foundation carries the data, the data feeds the intelligence, and the intelligence meets people where they already are.

L4

Channels

Where people meet the system

Phone calls, email and chat that the business already uses. Voice AI answers, email automation triages, and intent understanding routes each request to the right place.

L3

Intelligence

Agents, tools and retrieval

Tool-calling agents and RAG pipelines that act on company data, with an LLM judge and evals watching quality, and token costs designed in from day one.

L2

Data

One source of truth

Clean, well-modelled data that agents and people both trust. Pipelines, alerts on data quality, and schemas designed around how the business actually counts things.

L1

Infrastructure

Quietly dependable

AWS and Terraform foundations: secure, observable and cheap to run, so the product can move quickly without waking anyone at night.

Evidence

Already running real operations.

Our product

Momentum by Ltiora: the operating system for multi-store retail

Momentum puts point of sale, inventory and accounting in one system for multi-store retailers, especially those handling expiring stock such as pharmacies and grocers. The POS keeps selling offline and syncs when connectivity returns. Inventory spans locations with stock transfers and batch and expiry alerts, accounting runs in multiple currencies, and an AI layer reads supplier invoices and flags pricing, quantity and below-cost problems.

Our clients

AI-native systems for businesses in the DRC and Uganda

Ltiora builds management systems for businesses in the DRC and Uganda, and is now expanding into the US and Canada. The work spans custom SaaS applications, Voice AI, email automation and intent understanding, so day-to-day operations are run by systems rather than spreadsheets.

How it works

From first conversation to a system that runs.

No ten-week discovery decks. We get to something real quickly and keep climbing.

  1. 01

    Discover

A real conversation about the problem, then a close look at how the work actually happens today. We tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working slice on your own data, not a slide deck, so you can judge it with your hands.

  3. 03

    Ship

Production-grade delivery: security, cost controls and the foundations that keep it standing.

  4. 04

    Operate

Evals, monitoring and steady improvement, so the system gets better after launch instead of decaying.

Point of view

Opinionated about what makes AI worth shipping.

01

AI that earns its keep

Every model call has a cost. We design for the cheapest system that is reliably right, and we measure it.

02

Evals before features

If you cannot score an AI behaviour, you cannot ship it with confidence. Evaluation goes in early.

03

Built for real conditions

Systems fail at the human edge. We start from the operator on the ground, in Kinshasa, Kampala or Toronto.

04

Boring infrastructure, bold product

Reliable, secure foundations so the interesting part, the product, can move fast.

Where we build

DRC and Uganda

Ltiora's first clients: AI-native management systems for businesses, built around local operating reality.

Canada

Based in Toronto, bringing the same approach to Canadian companies.

United States

Expanding AI engineering and technical leadership engagements for US startups and SMBs.

Leadership

Led by an engineer who still builds.

Ltiora's AIquick answers mode

Hi, I'm an AI assistant that answers questions about Ltiora's services, product and team. I only use what's published on this site, and I'll say so when I don't know.

Ask a question, or describe what you need and I'll tell you honestly which service fits and sketch a plan.

AI assistant, not a person. It can be wrong; for anything important use the contact form. If your chat looks like a genuine enquiry, it is passed to the Ltiora team so they can follow up.
Straight answers

Questions people ask first.

What does Ltiora Consulting do?

We design and build AI-native systems for businesses: agents and automation, Voice AI, custom software and SaaS, data and RAG pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and fractional technical leadership.

Who do you work with?

Operators, founders and teams who want AI doing real work in daily operations, not just a demo. Our clients so far are businesses in the DRC and Uganda, and we are now working with companies in Canada and the US.

How does an engagement start?

With a short description of the problem, through the contact form on this page. We reply personally and say plainly whether and how we can help.

Do you publish prices?

No. Scope varies too much for a number to mean anything. The plan builder on this page produces an illustrative outline you can send us, and we scope from there.

Can you build something that has not been done before?

Often, yes. The founder has published research on digital twins and reinforcement learning tooling, and the team builds agents, voice systems and offline-first software for conditions most vendors ignore. We will tell you honestly where an idea is proven and where it is a bet.
