Ltiora is a Canadian company based in Toronto, founded in November 2024 by Sahil Salma. It builds AI-native business management systems for clients in the DRC and Uganda and is expanding into the US and Canada. Ltiora Consulting is the part of the company that works with other businesses on their hardest problems: AI agents and automation, Voice AI, custom software and SaaS, RAG and AI quality, cloud infrastructure, and fractional technical leadership.

Ltiora also makes Momentum, the operating system for multi-store retail. It puts point of sale, inventory and accounting in one system, with a point of sale that keeps selling offline, and an AI layer that reads supplier invoices. See Momentum.

Leadership

Sahil Salma, Founder & Technical CEO. Software and AI engineer. Previously a software developer at Amazon (CRM for Customer Service), Verafin (cloud infrastructure and fraud detection) and IBM. MSc in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and author of two peer-reviewed papers in 2025.
